THIS CONTRACT is between the individual named subscriber, hereinafter referred to as "WEBAUTHOR", and ONE WORLD TELECOMMUNICATIONS, INC., located at 415 N. Quay,Kennewick, WA 99336, hereinafter referred to as "ONE WORLD"
A. PRICE FREE. You must have a PPP, ISDN or DSL account with OWT. No pornographic content, either viewable or downloadable files (ONE WORLD will have sole discretion to say what is or is not pornographic). No commercial content or intent. ONE WORLD will make this determination but you may not sell or promote any product or service on your site. You may link to such sites however. No limitations on changes or use other than those listed. Limited to space designated for your access account. CGI access is not generally available. Certain CGI scripts will be made public. HTML programming available ($35 - $45/hour). Bounds by the general terms and conditions of the Subscriber Agreement.
B. FILE MANAGEMENT One World will remove WEBAUTHORS's information and data from One World's server as soon as five days after WEBAUTHORS's account with One World is terminated.
C. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION One World shall have the right to suspend service to the WEBAUTHOR at any time, for reasonable cause, without notice. WEBAUTHOR's information may be removed from One World's server during any service suspension.
D. SPACE LIMITATIONS
Standard Dial-up Plans and Budget DSL Plans: 5MB
Standard DSL Plans (not Budget): 10MB
THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACT AND I AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
