One World Telecommunications is proud to offer Email to FAX services. Our FAX services currently include:

  • Support for all FAX machines at up to 14,400bps.
  • Customized routing from your existing Email account - only send messages that meet certain criteria to your FAX machine. Criteria considered: Subject contents and from address. Routing may be enabled OR disabled based on these parameters.
  • Messages are still sent to your regular Email account.
  • Additional Email address just for your FAX that you can give out to those that may need to reach you in this manner.
  • Up to 100 FAX pages per month included free!

  4. Receive FAXes from users that don't have a FAX machine.

  • FAX services may be added to any existing OWT Email account but the physical account is not included.
  • FAX machine or FAX modem that is set to enable receiving FAXes. (we do not support this end of the connection)
PRICING

Setup Fee: $10.00 (waived with 12 month commitment)

Monthly Fee: $4.95 (includes 100 FAX pages)

Additional FAX pages: $.05 each

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What happens to Email attachments included with messages sent to my FAX?
These attachments will be ignored by the FAX software but you will still receive these attachments via your regular Email account.

What happens to messages if my FAX is busy for extended periods or unavailable?
If your FAX is unavailable for over 20 minutes our system will stop trying. Future updates will allow you to configure the retention time of these FAXes before sending is suspended.

How long can my FAX messages be?
Currently messages will be truncated to a single FAX page. Future revisions will allow multiple pages.
